Hand carved individually by master craftsman Arshad Kafil, in the centuries-old tradition of hand block carving in India, these tea light holders represent the repurposing of a traditional craft for a modern use. Traditionally used to stamp patterns on textile, Kafil, a third generation carver, Shilpguru and National Awardee, has metamorphosed his craft for a contemporary context, and carved these tea-lights especially for Kajri.
